Christmas Delivery Lead Times

As the leading UK online garage door supplier, we endeavour to deliver all products as fast as possible, with Christmas just around the corner, we can appreciate that timings are now more important than ever. 

Lead times on our doors can vary depending on the manufactuer, type of door, finish and sizing....  As a rule of thumb we recommend you place your order by 30th November to secure a pre-Christmas delivery.

We do now offer several ‘Fast Delivery’ ranges which have an increased chance of delivery pre-Christmas.  However, we can't stress enough, that if the delivery date is an important factor for you, please call us for clarifaction - we're always happy to contact the manufactuer.

Please be aware that lead times quoted online are approcimate and provided to us as a general rul by the manufactuers. Manufacturing delays or delivery issues can occur at any time and GarageDoorsOnline cannot always guarantee an exact delivery daye - there are just too many variables! 

We will make you aware of anticipated delivery dates as early as possible after receiving your order. We will not make promises we cannot keep, but we will keep you informed of the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Requirements

Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to make a requested site delivery, the following requirements must be met:

• Full address including the full name and postcode, as well as a mobile or land line phone number must be provided.
• Appropriate assistance is essential to help with unloading the door as well as signing for the delivery.
• Access will be required for a very large lorry (18m x 4m x 2.5m) the size of a double-decker bus, many of our delivery vehicles are significantly larger than a bin-lorry and will require a wide access route, without any width or weight restrictions, as well as appropriate space for off-loading.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that these conditions are met, if any issues are encountered or the driver perceives any risk, the delivery will be aborted.

Upon receipt of the order we will check the proposed delivery address and will contact you should any concerns be flagged during intial checks. For some remote areas we may be able to arrange for delivery to be made via a third party carrier in a smaller vehicle at an additional charge, the cost of which will be confirmed.
