The GDO Reigate side hinged doors are a complete doorset, assembled with an outer fixing frame already fitted with the hinges, stays, threshold and locking system all ready to go. The easiest site installation for any side hinged doors.
The leading active leaf is the right hand leaf as viewed from outside.
The door panels have corrosion protected and colour coated galvanised steel surfaces, with a rigid foam core and the doors always close with a reassuring ‘clunk’!
GDO Side Hinged Garage Doors are available in the most popular standard sizes that are ideal for replacing the most common and standard sizes of an existing door and sub frame on a single UK garage.
The dimensions shown are the over-frame size (outside edges of the frame). Doors are supplied pre-hung in an aluminium frame for fitting within the garage opening. NO need to hang the door leaves in any way..

These doors come with a unique built in adjustable wind out lug system (8 lugs each side) to adjust and hold the door frame when the opening is out of square or up to 20mm wider either side of the frame.
• The inside of the door has a frame and panel section joints that match the colour of front face of the door, with a practical grey white stucco texture (RAL 9002) to the back of each panel section
• Stainless steel handle and rose to the active leaf
• Latch and deadlock with a eurocylinder lock barrel and 2 security keys
• Handle and Thumb turn to the inside for easy and convenient unlocking and exit

What’s in a number? Our 40mm thick panels have an insulating value that has been independently tested to 0.56 W/m²K. The lower the value the better the insulating properties.
It’s not a figure we tend to quote because we know a door is more than just a panel. We quote the insulation value for a complete door (over frame size 10’4” wide x 7’6” high) including the panel joints and weather strips. GDO steel insulated side hinged doors have an insulation ‘U value’ of 2.20 W/m²K - you won’t find better performance on any comparable garage door.
