The Gararoll insulated remote control operated roller doors are supplied with a door operator as standard.
The New Decopaint Finish gives the roller door a 'wood look' but in a painted finish rather than foil coated like the timber effect doors.
The smooth aluminium profile laths are foam filled, providing them with thermal insulation, stability and a smooth and quiet door action.
Decopaint colour finishes:
Golden Oak
Rosewood
Same finish inside and out.
External Emergency Release
The external release is an option if you do not have a second entrance to your garage. It allows you to operate your door manually from the outside in the case of a power failure.
Fitting Position
> Between the opening
> Behind the opening (for maximum width and height). This gives it the freedom to be fitted in the most complex locations regardless of the shape of the garage opening. Single and double garage door sizes are catered for meaning almost all requirements can be met. This makes it highly practical for owners of 4x4 vehicles or similar cars of a large nature who otherwise find problems driving into their garage. This installation style can be used to install the door externally, however, this will cause the motor handing and curtain to be reversed.
Accoustic alarm
If attempted forced entry occurs.
Emergency battery back up
Power supply for 5 cycles in 18 hour cycle. Recharging is permanent during normal operation
The remote control operator comes complete with 2 hand transmitters (extra hand transmitters are available at an extra cost).
The operator is always located on the left (as viewed from inside garage looking out).
> Rust resistant aluminium laths are ideal for homes by the coast.
> Safety reversal function in the event of an obstruction
> Spring assisted smooth quiet door action
> Space saving design with compact box at head of garage door opening
> Windlocks as standard
DuraBelt anti-scratch system
Over time dust and dirt may build up on the surface of a roller door, this can cause an accumulation of abrasion and marks on the paintwork. To prevent this from happening Garador have created DuraBelt, a unique anti-scratch system. This has been designed by roller door experts to reduce scratches and extend the life of a door curtain.
The belt is made from a microcellular polyurethane elastomer, previously designed for the automotive industry to have excellent abrasion resistance and to withstand temperature related stress. The belt has been highly tested to withstand exposure to moisture, oil or grease to again extend the longevity of the door.
Neatly hidden under the fascia panel the DuraBelt will not compromise the ascetics of the door, yet creates an excellent protective layer between each lath as the door rolls open. The DuraBelt is soft and so reduces noise when running and ensures no visible marks are left on the door curtain for long lasting protection.
