Using the most popular and durable size of double walled aluminium insulated slats, this electric roller garage door is a robust, high quality design and uses a Somfy Rollixo Premium RTS remote control system complete, with optical safety detection in the bottom leading edge weatherseal on the door. It also includes the Somfy electric motor drive as standard.
This is a semi smart remote control electric roller garage door as it uses the Somfy Connectivity system for smartphone control and voice control via Alexa or Hey Google.

Smartphone roller door control via a free app from Somfy. Multiple smartphones can be programmed to work this electric roller door along with voice control too.
‘Semi smart’ simply means you don’t have the very advanced programmable scenarios of the Tahoma Switch control version, which also can connect with non Somfy products.
The Connectivity kit included with this door enables the control of up to 20 products, but they will have to be Somfy products using either RTS or IO protocol.
This semi smart electric aluminium roller garage door is purpose made to the millimetre and is supplied as standard with Somfy Rollixo Premium RTS remote control operation, including a built in courtesy light with the Rollixo wall mounted control panel and integrated control buttons for the door control internally.
With the additional infra red beams included you can set this roller door to close automatically after a preset time once opened fully. Very useful to ensure your door is always closed, just like most electric entrance gates are programmed to work.
There is a built in alarm to warn of any attempted forced lifting of the door when closed.
A full hood cover is included as standard for maximum protection of the curtain and increased weather protection.

Using 77mm double skinned insulated aluminium slats this roller garage door is strong and offers good insulation in the mix too.
Made to measure sizes up to a maximum width of 5200mm including the guides either side.
Maximum height available is 2900mm, plus the height of the roll and endplates which is 300mm
The aluminium side guides are either 70mm or 90mm wide, depending on the door width ordered.
Doors over 3000mm wide will have 90mm guides as standard so the clear opening width will be 180mm less than the Ordering Width.
The door curtain is available in 3 very popular standard high quality finish colours, with a choice of white, black or anthracite guides and optional hood when ordering.
The door also has an internal emergency manual winding handle system to operate in the event of a power failure, situated alongside the motor drive, which you can choose the side for operation when ordering. Optional low level external manual override is available if you do not have another access door into your garage, or want another alternative.

1.1. The following guarantees apply to GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors, subject to correct installation, maintenance and operation:
1.1.1. GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors are guaranteed against defect of material or workmanship by the manufacturer with a parts only warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.
1.1.2. GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors’ exterior finish is guaranteed to provide an effective weatherproof membrane that will resist perforation of the substrate from the weather side due to corrosion for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
1.1.3. Externally fitted reverse roll GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors will resist perforation of the substrate from the weather side due to corrosion for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Colour change or fade to the exterior surface will be limited and uniform during the guarantee.
1.1.4. GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control motors and the Genesis, Teleco Simple and C10 control units are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
1.1.5. Somfy motors and the Rollixo control unit are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
1.2. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights in addition to the manufacturers products that may be faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
1.3. The following terms apply to all GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors purchased for installation in the UK. The terms shall prevail or be in addition to any agreement between you, the customer, the installer and/or the manufacturer.
1.4. The manufacturer will replace any components of our products sold as GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors (‘the Product’) where the manufacturing process has resulted in a defect occurring during the relevant period specified in the Conditions of Guarantee.
