General Description

Make your very own and unique timber up and over garage door easily!! Everything you require except the actual timber....

Garador steel open for infill chassis complete with steel box section fixing sub frame and retractable operating mechanism.

Factory assembled and delivered with all operating gear fitted along with the outer steel sub frame.. All steel work powdercoated in Terra Brown finish.
Retractable PLUS operating gear with a cranked lifting arm to provide maximum width clearance when the door is open.
8 Doors have a Handle pack and 2 point locking to slam latches in bottom corners included and euro proifle cylinder locking with black nylon handle set. 1 OFI has no handle pack so this would be ideal for Automation.

Overall Width including the sub frame is 2425mm
Overall Height including the sub frame is 2195mm
Inbetween sub frame Width is 2270mm exactly.

You can fit inbetween an opening which is larger than 2435mm x 2200mm, which is allowing for a minimum tolerance. Of course you could fit into a larger opening using packers.
If fitting behind an opening the structural opening needs to be larger than 2284mm wide and higher than 2136mm but ideall less than the overall dimensions as given above.

The doors are coded as 2284mm x 2136mm for their ordering reference

Application

Domestic up and over garage door for creation of timber infill. Pre prepared steel chassis and cross support rails to take various timber infills and cladding.

Specification

Steel box section chassis frame for the creation of a timber up and over garage door using various timbers and designs as required.
The steel chassis offers a blank canvas to add either timber cladding, tongue and groove timber sections or lightweight marine ply boarding with timber profiles and a unqiue design.

The door chassis panel is fitted with Retractable PLUS operating gear and can take any good quality retractable electric door operator.
The door also has a factory fitted box sectional steel sub frame for fixing to the structural opening, either inbetween or behind as required
