As of August 2019, the surface finish of the Jet Black RAL 9005 Hormann Steel up and over garage doors and side doors is changing. The new surface finish will be slightly textured with a soft sheen, giving an attractive, modern look to the garage doors and side doors.

The old smooth Jet Black RAL 9005 will be gradually replaced by the new textured surface finish.
