The Thetford range of Accoya garage doors, named after the UK's largest pine forest, uses Accoya wood, a leading-edge and high performance wood.

Already the material of choice for a wide range of outdoor applications, Accoya wood has properties that match or exeed those of tropical hardwoods and treated woods, yet is manufactured using wood from sustainable sources.

Accoya wood has been modified right through to the core and the acetylation process does not weaken the original wood, in fact its hardness is improved.

There are 6 designs in the Thetford range and all are perfect for painting any RAL colour. The Accoya treatment process fixes all tannins and resins, ensuring no leaching of stains through the pain finish can occur.

All finishes carry a ten year warranty, which is the equivalent to a finished steel garage door.
