Hormann Steel Pedestrian Doors

Single-skin steel Pedestrian doors are suited for side entrances to detached garages or outbuildings.

Steel Pedestrian Doors offer quick and easy access to your garage and is especially useful where the up and over is the only other way to enter your garage.

The side doors have been designed in a range of styles to match the existing up and over and side hinged garage door range. 

Hormann steel side doors are a perfect match to the steel up and over garage doors.

Matching side doors are available for all designs except 2101, 2103 and 2504.

The Hormann personnel doors come with a profile cylinder lock and a black, synthetic lever/lever handle set as standard.

Polyester Powdercoating on both sides:

Traffic White RAL 9016 as standard or a choice of the following colours

Glazing Frames

Plastic glazing frames, white as standard, brown for Terra Brown RAL 8028. For doors in other colours glazing frames in brown at a surcharge. Not available in CH703.

Single-leaf frames: As standard with corner frame.

Installation Position

The side doors are supplied for external fitting as standard, internal fitting is possible by reversing the hinges.

External Fit - the hinges are always supplied 'as viewed from outside' right or left hand side and the door will be outwards opening.

Internal Fit - the hinges are always supplied 'as viewed from inside' right or left hand side and the door will be inwards opening.

Garador Steel Pedestrian Doors

Garador steel Pedestrian Doors are made from high grade galvanised steel.

The Garador steel side doors have been developed to match the existing steel up and over and side hinged garage doors.

The side doors open outwards as standard and come factory pre-framed. The hinges are supplied on the right hand side (as viewed from outside) as standard, left hand hinge is available at an extra cost.

• Weather strips around 3 sides of the door to help prevent draughts
• Constructed from high grade galvanised steel using German engineering

Handle Options

The Garador Steel Pedestrian doors are supplied with a black lever/lever handle set as standard.

Measuring

The nominal clear passage clearance is 74mm less than the opening width and 12mm less than the opening height.
