There is a built-in alarm system to warn of any attempted forced lifting of the door when closed using the bottom edge sensor as the trigger for any forced attempts at opening the door curtain.
A full hood, aluminium powdercoated cover for the curtain roll is included as standard for maximum protection of the curtain and increased weather and air flow protection.

The Rollixo control panel includes an automatic courtesy light with programmable timings for turning off after automatically coming on when the door operates.
Using 77mm double skinned insulated aluminium slats this roller garage door is strong and offers good insulation properties in the mix too.
Made to measure sizes up to a maximum width of 5200mm including the guides either side.
Maximum height available is 2900mm, plus the height of the roll and endplates which is 300mm, so a total height of 3100mm.
The aluminium side guides are either 70mm or 90mm wide, depending on the door width ordered.
Doors over 3000mm wide will have 90mm guides as standard, so the clear opening width will be 180mm less than the Ordering Width.

The door also has an internal emergency manual winding handle system to operate in the event of a power failure, situated alongside the motor drive, which you can choose the side for operation when ordering. Optional low level external manual override is available if you do not have another access door into your garage.
No Hood, Half Hood or Full Hood?
As standard this door has no hood cover and when fitting fully behind your garage opening you may decide to leave the curtain roll exposed.
Choose an optional half hood cover to provide you with an aluminium fascia if you are installing underneath a lintel or when installing behind a lintel and there is insufficient headroom and you need to cloak the exposed section from outside.
A full hood cover provides the best protection for the curtain rolled up inside your garage and also minimises weather ingress.
External Keyswitch
If you often access your garage from outside or have no pedestrian access to the garage then choose a wall mounted external keyswitch. Simple key operation in either direction with the impulse only for opening. Security keys and steel housing.

1.1.1. GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors are guaranteed against defect of material or workmanship by the manufacturer with a parts only warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.
1.1.2. GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors’ exterior finish is guaranteed to provide an effective weatherproof membrane that will resist perforation of the substrate from the weather side due to corrosion for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
1.1.3. Externally fitted reverse roll GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors will resist perforation of the substrate from the weather side due to corrosion for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Colour change or fade to the exterior surface will be limited and uniform during the guarantee.
1.1.4. GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control motors and the Genesis, Teleco Simple and C10 control units are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
1.1.5. Somfy motors and the Rollixo control unit are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
1.2. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights in addition to the manufacturers products that may be faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
1.3. The following terms apply to all GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors purchased for installation in the UK. The terms shall prevail or be in addition to any agreement between you, the customer, the installer and/or the manufacturer.
1.4. The manufacturer will replace any components of our products sold as GDO Roll 55 and Roll 77 Electric Button Control roller garage doors (‘the Product’) where the manufacturing process has resulted in a defect occurring during the relevant period specified in the Conditions of Guarantee.
