Do you require a door that fits to your exact specifications? Then Hormann is the right selection for you. Do not rush into making a choice as there are various things to choose: the surface finish, colour, windows, the handle colour.

Everything and anything is possible.  

The external door panel finishes available are - woodgrain embossed steel, smooth 'silkgrain' steel finish and smooth laminate wood effect finish (Decograin), along with the Sandgrain (textured), Slategrain and Planer finishes. 

Woodgrain An inexpensive, robust surface with an authentic sawn timber look, minor scratches can be easily repaired.	Silkgrain An elegant door appearance, the silky smooth surface finish is the first choice for modern architecture. A 50% thicker exterior sheet on the sections also ensures higher stability and even smoother running.	Sandgrain The finely textured surface is an ideal choice for price conscious owners and is particularly suited for modern homes.
Slategrain Slate slabs are the model for this textured surface finish that gives your door a distinctive look, imitating the natural, textured appearance of slate.	Planar The Planar textured finish perfectly compliments a modern sectional door design, it combines a smooth surface texture with an on-trend matte colour pallet for an elegant look.
Decograin Decograin surface finishes with UV-resistant plastic film coating give your sectional door a striking and authentic timber look.	Duragrain A detailed, natural and colourfast door surface, you can choose from 24 decors. The final high-strength protective coating guarantees a permanently beautiful door view.

Five attractive Hormann finishes  

For the LPU42 insulated steel sectional doors you have a choice of four impressive, weather-proof surface finishes. Woodgrain, Silkgrain, Decograin, Micrograin and Sandgrain.

The surfaces are flawlessly protected against rust and rigorously tested to ensure the toughest, longest lasting surface finish. 

Various colour options and attractive timber designs

Hormann steel sectional doors with side doors with woodgrain and silkgrain surface finishes are available as standard in inexpensive traffic white (RAL 9016), in 16 preferred colours at the same price, in 200 RAL based colours. All can be matched to Hormann's high-qualiy entrance door designs.

The standard Decograin surface finish comes in six variants; Golden Oak, Rosewood, Dark Oak, Winchester Oak and Night Oak. The interiors of the doors are generally finished in grey white (RAL9002).
