The elegant key-ring sized device comes in five vivid block colours; Green, Orange, Purple, Red and Yellow and 4 “Root Wood” choices and a brushed steel and carbon fibre finish. Hormann BiSecur transmitters are the most secure handsets Hormann offer, but also the signal is stronger,so the operating length is longer.

The handsets also contain a remote status query, which means that with a simple touch of a button will let you know if an out of sight door is open or closed.

These new handsets are backwards compatible so can be used with all Hörmann operators produced since 2005. This means for instance, that a new transmitter can control both a new operator and an existing garage door
